Tim's message is as powerful for the corporate world, ( this is another big world wide company he has been a keynote speaker for) , as it is with educators, medical professionals and families at home, Tim says, "I always try hard in life to live the best life I can." And most importantly our truest message, that all you need is love.

2019 RECOMMENDED SPEAKERS TIM AND JUDY SHARP

Leanne's pick: Judy & Tim Sharp Not only do Tim and Judy get Standing Ovations everywhere they go they are 2 of the best in the business to work with. On and off the stage Judy and Tim are a joy to everyone they meet. I have seen first-hand the incredible impact their story has on people. In these times of change and disruption it’s important to remember and celebrate our humanity and what we are capable of. Great way to start 2019. They said Tim would never speak! Wrong! Now as a speaker he shares his story around the world. Our keynote talk has been selected as one of Ovations International staff picks of 2019, even better it was chosen by the founding director Leanne Christie. Leanne has served on the board of the International Association of Speakers Bureaus. Her company Ovations International has also been awarded the annual IASB (International Association of Speakers Bureau's) top award for service, the first time the award has been won by a person or bureau outside the US.Ovations are one of the most respected and established Speakers Bureaus in Australia. Leanne is a legend in the industry she has seen and heard everything and she picked Tim!! Leanne and Sharm ensure as many people from as many walks of life get to hear our story. They also care for Tim, they mentor us, they inspire us and they give us opportunities that we've never had before as well as sharing our belief in making a more inclusive world. To honour that much faith we give everything we have everytime we walk on a stage and share Tim's truth. We have been given so many opportunities from so many people over the years and now it is time to repay that with our message to the world of hope and we do that side by side with Ovations International. AUTISM AWARENESS AUSTRALIA DAD MOVIE

AUTISM AWARENESS AUSTRALIA DAD MOVIE

At the Brisbane premier of their brilliant new short film "Dad" Movie mae by @AutismAwarenessAustralia Tim is photographed with Autism Awareness Australia CEO Nicole Rogerson. It is a film that is extremely honest, it's insightful, raw, funny, heart wrenching and most importantly full of love and hope. It is a film that is going to make a difference to so many lives. As a single mum of 26 years I was a little concerned going to this film, just because of it's title, I'm tired of the recent trend of everything in life becoming a competition. I hoped it wouldn't be mums vs dads. It's not. At it's heart it is a film about parenting. It's about autism and real lives. It is for everyone. There was one bit that hit me hard in the heart, when all the dads talked about the enormity of raising a child with autism, special needs, disability and what a responsibility it is and how much of yourself you have to give, but with the greatest rewards coming in return. All the dads talked about how it really and truly is a team job being a family and a parent, and how much you need the love and support of others. I didn't have a team. Being mum and dad is the hugest and most important thing I will ever do in my life, nothing else really matters, it is also the best thing.

That's Life magazine feature

That's Life magazine feature

Look who's in That's Life Magazine out today and on page 21, some of my story. For 20 years I didn't talk about my personal situation. There are many things I am still unable to talk about, I just can't physically speak about details that happened, the pain is overwhelming and terrifying to relive. A few years back I began to share a little more of my story. This year on the anniversary of our leaving the 1st February I shared some more and also some tips that helped me at the worst time of my life. That post was shared all over the world from India to the USA to England and everywhere in between. One of the first comments I read on a shared post with one of the large Facebook pages was a woman who wrote "I needed to read that today. I'm leaving." I cried. There were many more comments like that of women encouraged to escape from the abuse, feeling hopeful that they too could build a new life for themselves and their children. The response was overwhelming. I will continue to share my story in the hope that it may help one other or even save a life. If you are in the situation where you need help please talk to someone, take a step, more people care than you know. If you wish to help please support Friends With Dignity who set up homes for those escaping with children, from domestic violence situations. I wish their services had been around when I needed them. Thank you to the that's life! team who contacted us and worked with us on this to ensure our safety and dignity and to do their best to support others and help with this epidemic of domestic violence. Let's hope someones life is saved tonight. So far today police in Australia would have dealt with on average 560 domestic violence matters Thank you Kathryn Lewsey Journalist
